Photography (MAP):
Lets be clear from the
outset I am NOT a
professional photographer, I
am a professional web
designer with a keen
interest in photography.
This website is my way of
sharing my ups and downs
whilst trying to learning
how to take better pictures.
On this site I will be
posting images that I feel
have worked out quite well
and also the ones that
didn't quite hit the mark
but have some worth in
showing how I was heavy
handed with an effect or
simply didn't know when to
stop.You will find more
accomplished photography
site on the web, all I am
offering is to share my
knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
to enhance the images and
join me for the ride, think
of this site as a blog with
better pictures.
Our Purpose:
A wealth of information is
available on photography and
you do not have to look far
on the web before you are
overwhelmed with
information. The purpose of
this site is to begin to cut
a path through that
information and share my
findingss with you. MAPs
sister site is PS4P (Photoshop
4 Pros) where I will
post tutorials on all the
techniques I have used on my
images, hopefully between
these two sites I will
impart enough information to
get your ball rolling, I
will not make you a great
photographer as only you can
do that but hopefully I will
arm you with essential tools
to get you excited about the
images you create.
